Robert L. Rinker – Bob’s career spans almost 30 years in production agriculture, marketing, distributing and exporting deciduous, citrus and specialty fruits. His focus is international trade and new product development and distribution.
Rinker was instrumental in the design of FoodLink Online™ software, widely used to better manage logistics and inventory. At Fresh Link he implemented a seasonal fruit consolidation project for 32 Wal-Mart distribution centers nationally as well as developing FreshLink’s co- management functions at nine Wal-Mart distribution centers. He manages business development services to grower-shippers of organic fruit, asparagus, ethnic specialties and tree fruit.
Bob is a founding member of the California Kiwifruit Exporters Association and the California Cherry Growers Association Handler Advisory Committee.
